Everyone who goes to a coach has one thing in common: there is something they want to change. It could be career choices, facing big challenges, difficulty with certain people, lack of focus and motivation, fears and phobias, bad habits, lack of financial discipline, time management issues, or just a general feeling of stagnation or frustration.
Practicalities

After an initial free phone consultation, at the first session we agree some specific goals and then take a variety of approaches to achieving these. The number of sessions is up to you - normally 6 to 10, though it is possible to achieve significant results in just a few sessions.
